In the framework of the Mobility Scheme of the EU4Business program of Eurochambres, we obtained a third grant (Ro2AmTur) to bring an expert (Mrs. Narine Karapetyan from IMC Armenia in Yerevan) from Armenia to work in the field of tourism from 7 May to 6 June 2023.
De minimis aid 2023 (building tax refund) (ACTIVE)
The Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, has developed, for the year 2023, the de minimis aid for SMEs based in Sfântu Gheorghe. The aid aims at reimbursing part of the tax paid for the year 2023 on buildings located in the municipality, owned by SMEs having their headquarters/workplace in Sfântu Gheorghe (including those established under Law 1/2005 on the organization and functioning of cooperatives). Reimbursement of the tax on buildings will be made in the form of de minimis aid granted by Sfântu Gheorghe City Hall on the basis of projects submitted by eligible applicants. The administrator of the de minimis aid scheme is the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Applications for funding will be submitted EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE, via the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry website (www.ccicv.ro). Applications for funding can be submitted between 18 May at 9.00 a.m. and 15 October at midnight. Applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.

În cadrul Schemei de Mobilitate al programului EU4Business al Eurochambres am obținut o finanțare (Ro2GeTex) pentru a aduce din Georgia un expert (dna. Sophio Samadashvili de la Enterprise Georgia) să lucreze în domeniul textil în perioada 1 - 31 martie 2023.
From 7 to 10 September 2022, the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Association for the Development of Women Entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan (AWEDA) organized a study visit to Baku, Azerbaijan. The study visit financed by the Ro2AzTex project was attended by representatives of 8 companies from Romania and Covasna CCI experts.
On this occasion, there were organized business meetings, an international conference with the participation of the Romanian Embassy in Baku, and visits to factories, warehouses, workshop shops, etc. Firms could get to know the offer of materials in Azerbaijan, negotiate prices and quality, make business connections, and discuss access to shops and malls, some of them wanting to return to this country.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, as Beneficiary, together with Sapientia University, as Partner 1, with OTP Consulting Romania, as Partner 2 and with the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as Partner 3, implements, starting January 2022, the project "Innovative Entrepreneurship for Students - AIS", ID 141067.
Ro2AzTex project, a real support for companies wishing to expand cooperation
On 26 January 2022, the Covasna Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Azerbaijan Women Entrepreneurs Development Association (AWEDA) organized the kick-off meeting, an online event attended by 8 companies from Romania and 8 companies from Azerbaijan, as well as 4 SBOs. On this occasion, the companies established first contacts, understood the objectives of the project and participated in 3 presentations. During the event, it was mentioned that the textile markets were affected by the Covid pandemic, so the way of selling, promotion was changed, but also innovative raw materials were introduced on the market. These short presentations were on topics of interest to participating companies and beyond: sustainable textiles, circular economy and marketing plans.
